Localize and adapt creative brand guidelines for Amazon Ads’ 4th annual unBoxed on Tour event. Execute all event design and branding, wayfinding, stages, collateral, event website, UX, meetings hub, registration page, and more.

Objective

  • Led creative direction for $2M experiential marketing event serving APAC and EMEA advertising partners

  • Managed multidisciplinary team of 20+ including production, planning, and project management

  • Owned end-to-end creative execution: event branding, wayfinding, keynote stages, environmental graphics, collateral, website UX, digital marketing, and social media strategy

  • Created 3D renderings and fixture engineering drawings for stakeholder approvals and vendor production

  • Achieved 95% satisfaction rates from international stakeholders through strategic creative direction and meticulous production oversight
