As a mentor, I lead from empathy, transparency, and a growth mindset. As a collaborative partner, I’m an active listener and persuasive speaker. Maybe it's being a native East Coaster, or maybe it's a lack of desire to beat around the bush, but throughout my career I’ve learned that showing up authentically fosters trust and respect, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
