Hello. I'm Michelle, a multi-disciplinary director and designer with a passion for bringing stories to life. I’ve had the privilege of working with world-renowned brands like Adobe, Nike, Columbia Sportswear, Nordstrom, and more — but that doesn’t mean I treat startups or more localized businesses any differently, be it from a place of leadership or not.

As a mentor, I lead teams and individual designers from a place of empathy, transparency, and a growth mindset. As a communicator, I’m known across the disciplines from ELT to project management as a collaborative "straight shooter." Maybe it's being a native East Coaster, or maybe it's a lack of desire for beating around the bush, but with nearly 25 years of experience in the industry, I’ve found that showing up authentically fosters trust and respect, and I like it that way.
